Q:Can I Color The Hair ?
A:Our hair weave will arrive in natural black or natural brown and can be dyed any color you’d like.For the colored hair weave & extensions & wigs,dyeing hair is not recommeded.
However, we strongly advise that you seek a barber to get optimal results and prevent over processing.
Q:How much hair do I need for a full head set?
A:It depends on the length and the look you want to achieve when adding Hair Extensions.
Here are our suggestions for your reference,it’s usually need 2-3 bundles for 10-16inches, 3-4 bundles for 18-24 inches. If you want hair longer than 24 inches, you need at least 4 bundles for a fuller look.
Q:Can your hair be colored, curled or straightened?
A:Of course.You can style it as you wish. But do not forget to deep conditioning after styling to make a better look and keep the hair last longer.
It’s important to remember that just like our own hair, frequent use of high heat may permanently change the hair texture.
Q:Can I cut the wefts?
A:We highly recommend that please do not cut wefts. We adopt the most advanced triple wefting machine to make sure the stitches are neat, intensive and consistent to minimize the shedding. The integrity of stitches will be destroyed when the wefts are cut, which may cause shedding. So we recommend folding the wefts, instead of cutting it. Sealing wefts before installation is also a good way to reduce shedding.
Q:Closure vs Frontal?
A:Closure and frontal are different,they are all used to close off a weave install or a wig.Both of them be sewed or glued on.
Lace frontals are bigger and wider,they run ear to ear covering your entire hairline at the front. Lace closures are smaller and they primarily close off the horsehoe or "u-part" portion of an install. Lace frontal are more versatile because they can be parted anywhere ear to ear and lace closures can only be middle or side parted.
Q:Can I Shower Or Swim With Lace Wigs On
A:Yes,of course,but you’d better to put waterproof adhesive or tape on your lace cap when you swim.Meanwhile we recommend you to wash it after you swim with it.

Q:How Long Does It Take For Shipping
A:We ship via within the continental USA and it usually takes 3-5 business days.
International shipping to Canada, Australia...via dhl takes 3-5 business days and the UK typically takes 5-7 business days .
Q:How long do you need to process an order?
A:Usually, we will check your order and inform express company to prepare delivery in one business day after your payment. An email will be sent to your email with tracking number after your order has been shipped out.
Q:Is There Any Custom Duties?
A:It depends on your country custom polices,we usually declare low value on the invoice to avoid the potential tax.You may also tell us the value you want to declare after you place order.
Q:When Will I Receive My Refund
A:The refund caused by order cancellation,refund agreement will be processed instantly.For paypal payment,you will receive the refund very soon,but for credit card payment, it may take 2-3 business days to arrive your account.
