SHIPMENT POLICY

Usually we ship the goods by Fedex / DHL, please refer to the below picture which shows the delivery time for different area.


We ship some specific hair ( Machine Made Wigs) by USPS/ePacket, It will take 7-15 working days to arrive.

And, the following conditions will be borne by the buyer:
1.If tariffs arise in the recipient's country, the buyer should pay the tariffs.
2.If the buyer returns the goods due to his own reasons( buyer dislike, change hair color or length), the expenses shall be borne by the buyer.
3.Due to the buyer's delay in delivery or modify the address resulting from the cost of the buyer will bear this part of the cost.
4.If the buyer cancels the order halfway, the expenses shall be borne by the buyer.

Tips

1.Express doesn’t accept any address with P.O. Box.

2.Normally, the local shipper deliveries package on workday( Mon. - Fri.), to ensure safe delivery of your parcel, so it is best for you to choose an address where you can receive package on workday as shipping address. It's best to keep your phone open during estimated time of arrival, because shipper might contact you via phone.

Order Tracking

humanhair.com will provide order tracking numbers whenever the order status is changed into "Shipped" status. The shipping company's tracking number will be posted into every customer's account page. You will be notified by your registered email with this tracking number. Along with tracking number, customers will enter the shipping company's official website to check the shipping status of your package.
